Printer Issue

Hello, I am a fairly new Arch user and I've been trying to get my Arch to recognize the printer, which afterall I've tried failed.
I just went to gnome options, select printers and click "add printer". It shows my printer but when I say click on it, it says "Printer couldn't be added" with a pop up saying "some apps needs drivers".

Printer is a HP Laser 103 107 108, for now I've tried "sudo hp-setup" and in the end it wrote

warning: GUI Modules PyQt4 and PyQt5 are not installed
error: hp-setup requires GUI support (try running with --qt3). Also, try using interactive (-i) mode.

When I tried the "--qt3", it said "error: option --qt3 not recognized"

Then I checked the "sudo hp-setup -i" and when I select the USB option it says

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/hp-setup", line 375, in <module>
    device_uri = mod.getDeviceUri(devices = device.probeDevices(bus))
  File "/usr/share/hplip/base/device.py", line 558, in probeDevices
    result_code, data = hpmudext.probe_devices(bn)
SystemError: PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN macro must be defined for '#' formats

Which, I understand quite literally nothing at all.
Can anyone help me?
