No output until the last second, then Plymouth shows up

I installed Plymouth using

paru plymouth-git

From the AUR. I followed the steps from the wiki, by adding the amdgpu module (I have an AMD Card), added plymouth to my hooks, updated the grub.cfg file, but plymouth refuses to run until the last second of the boot (The system boots in roughly 5 seconds).Booting from other entries, like the fallback initramfs, just does not even work with plymouth (It just shows me kernel logs). Can someone tell me what's happening?
