Integrated GPU passthrough keeps reporting error 43 in Windows

Hi there, I'm fairly new to the whole QEMU IOMMU passthrough stuff so please bear with me.

I've been trying to get a Windows 11 VM set up on an Arch Linux host. I've installed the operating system and can see it in the virt-manager console fine, but the resolution is stuck at 800x600. I have installed the AMD Radeon Vega 3 drivers within the guest (for the integrated GPU I want to passthrough), but they will not start, failing with an error 43.

My configuration:
Host OS: Arch Linux
Guest OS: Windows 11
Host GPU: Radeon RX 570
(Future) Guest GPU: Integrated Radeon Vega 3 graphics (on an AMD Athlon 200GE)

I have already tried adding the line

<ioapic driver='kvm'/>

to the XML as suggested by the PCI Passthrough article (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PCI_pa … _using_Q35), but it has not worked.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
