Virt-manager has no "default network" tab in preferences

Hello,

I'm just curious if anyone knows why the "Default Network" tab is missing in virt-manager's preferences (?)

I thought there was a place to select what a new VM's default network would be under "preferences".  Unfortunately, I can't find an example of it right now. I think I may have found something similar under 'details' of the host connection, but it's not the same (it was a virt-manager global thing in the preferences window).  Fairly certain I've seen it on other distros.

If anyone has any idea what I'm asking about and would like to chime in, I'd be grateful. Here's some specs I'm working with:
