I just reinstalled Arch after 7 years of keeping the same intallation.
The new install tends to stall for exactly 30 seconds on bootup once in a while - it looks like some operation timing out but nothing specific in the logs.
I cant figure out what operation is timing out.
Sometimes it hangs before the KDE desktop comes up, sometimes after - in the latter case the mouse doesn't respond to movement.
