Hello I recently installed arch and I after intalling gajim I noticed that the plugins are not installed, how do I install them?
I tried installing those packages as instructed, reboot my pc and nothing cnhaged: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Gajim#OMEMO_Support

I never used Gajim, but, having a look into the AUR, there is a package gajim-plugin-omemo which is for some reason not mentioned in the wiki. Maybe this package will help?

I use gajim and have noticed that the plugin manager is not available: running gajim from the command line I see...
[datecode] gajim.plugin_system Plugin plugin_installer not loaded, newer version of gajim required: 0.16 <= 1.3.3 <= 0.16.9
Looking upstream, this functionality apparently should be built into the tar file that is used for arch packaging. Maybe my long used user files have messed something up: maybe it's the same for you? I've not tried running gajim as a new user. If it doesn't work as a new user, it's either an upstream bug or arch packaging bug.
I downloaded the Gajim 1.3 plugin zipfile from...

and loaded that within gajim (gajim menu - plugins - install plugin from zip file) and that makes it all work perfectly.
