What can be the problem that the max resolution is only 2560x1440? I can't handle 4k. Direct plug to the screen works with 4k over HDMI Switch only with 2,5k... The HDMI switch handle 4k with other connection only with displaylink a black screen.

DisplayLink chipsets have a maximum resolution. See this table to find the one for your device. It also depends on the bandwidth of your usb connection and the efficiency of the image copy between GPU, RAM and USB.
https://support.displaylink.com/knowled … on-support

Most DisplayLink devices can drive only a maximum of 2048x1152 or 2560x1440p50 over HDMI.

So the problem is that DP can’t  handle 4k@60kHz and the HDMI switch dosen’t support 4k@30kHz.
Is very difficult to find a good HDMI switch without autoswitch and which can handle DP so far impossible.
