Hi,
I have a problem when I want to start the game via wine/proton I get an warning:
Performance support disabled, consider sysctl dev.i915.perf_stream_paranoid=0game screenshot
I have vulkan drivers for intel installed and they are in latest version.
And also when i enabled vulkan in chrome://flags the browser freezes and i had error with vulkan in terminal.

Well yes and have you tried running that command? In general afaik intel-vulkan is quite a bit behind AMD or Nvidia offerings so you might actually be out of luck for now.

I entered the
sudo sysctl dev.i915.perf_stream_paranoid=0warning from vulkaninfo disappeared but vulkan is still not working

Vulkan is working, just not in the way you'd want it to, which as stated can indeed be normal on intel/anvil. You should report a bug for the affected game to the mesa bug tracker. Assuming the game in question is generally expected to work, which game is this and how's the general rating on proton DB?

Same with Ungoogled Chromium when I enable vulkan in chrome://flags the browser crashes, on an old laptop with a Radeon HD 7200 it works fine
