Dual Boot from second drive

I got arch installed on a second drive. Can I dual boot this setup? If so, what are the steps?

yes you dual boot, what's the problem exactly? You'd follow the install guide and setup an EFI bootloader

I followed the instructions, but the system boots into windows giving me no options to boot select. I figured that instructions must only work if arch is installed on the same drive.

what have you done ? we have no idea ? please post all steps you've taken to install the bootloader, and please make sure you use code tags
