[solved] X applications still broken after downgrading Nvidia

I'm part of the recent demographic of people who, upon updating Nvidia to 495.46, had many of my applications break. Steam, Minecraft, Bitwig Studio, etc.

Many people across forums have said to just downgrade to 495.44. So, using the downgrade bash script from the AUR, I downgraded nvidia-dkms and nvidia-utils to 495.44.

After rebooting, though, the problem persisted. I downgraded again to 470.74. Problem persisted.

Am I missing another package that I need to downgrade, or something? I'm really not sure why I'm still getting errors like:

Installing breakpad exception handler for appid(steam)/version(1639697812)
SteamUpdateUI: An X Error occurred
X Error of failed request:  BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)

I'm on Gnome 40/Wayland.

Thanks for any help

******Edit: In case anyone googles this, the lib32-nvidia-utils package needed to be downgraded, too. Programs working fine now.
