[SOLVED]Power glitch followed by no KDE 5 Plasma desktop

I left the room and when I came back the NUC computer was off.  We've been having power glitches this morning due to storms.  When I reboot, I have the SDDM login screen, but after that I just have the background and no taskbar or panel.  I can right click and see the normal menu for right-click.

How do I restore this short of rebuilding?  I thought about using pacman -R but not sure that's the best.  I can ssh into the NUC and do what I want from the console.

Re: [SOLVED]Power glitch followed by no KDE 5 Plasma desktop

I uninstalled everything KDE Plasma related from the archinstall log and then in .cache and .config I uninstalled anything that smelled of plasma/KDE or started with a k. That at least allowed for a fresh install of all the KDE Plasma packages I removed to work again. So I got to the point where I mostly had a clean install of Plasma complete with taskbar and panel
