I recently bought an ASUS GA401IU from their RoG line. Most of the time, wifi works well, but occasionally my connection will cut out. Pinging my router during this time results in several-second ping latency, but no missing packets. Turning off and on the wifi seems to fix it.
Seems like other people have issues with power saving. I have a udev rule that runs `iw dev <dev> set power_save off` and can confirm that that's working, but the issue still happens. I don't see anything relevant in the dmesg logs around when it happens.
My home network I'm connected to is a 5.2GHz one and uses WPA2.
