Bluetooth not working (Intel 3168NGW, KDE Plasma)

I've installed Bluetooth support onto my Arch Linux installation, as detailed on the Arch Wiki page on installing Bluez, but it doesn't work. I'm using KDE Plasma, and I installed the module for the KDE settings app. However, when I click "enable" in the application, it does nothing at all. I open up the Bluetooth Blueman icon in the system tray, and clicking on "devices" or "adapters" does nothing at all. I'm using an "Intel Corporation Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168NGW" as a WiFi and Bluetooth adapter (as it's built into my computer). I'm also using NetworkManager, in case that matters at all. And in case you're wondering, yes I've restarted my computer. It's getting late where I live, so I'm going to sleep, but when I wake up, I can supply you with any information you need.

I tried reinstalling Bluez, but that did nothing.

There's so many options, which ones do I start with?
