The first log tries to use the nvidia chip and the 2nd one deactivates it.
Remove optimus manager, start an unconfigured X11 server and post the logs for that as well as "xrandr --listproviders"
I'm not sure this is an optimus system at all...

Removed optimus-manager and rebooted.
