Hi, my archlinux installation randomly logs out (on any desktop environment, it's the same for gnome and xfce4).
some information I have:
when I plug my laptop, it turns on! (so it means something is wrong with ups?)
and it mostly happens when I try to switch workspaces (pressing super + a number)

just an update
this bug remained, even when I switched to another pc, I still had this bug and I was forced to switch to another distro
also, I'm not the only on who's experiencing this bug. hope it'll get fixed soon.

He's on amdgpu - if anything I'd suspect the transient hostname to be related (edit: though highly unlikely), but https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=271450 is https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/72799
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xse … te_1179742 - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xse … 495a08670b might resolve it but I don't think is in any release yet.

Yes, despite the hint towards nvidia, that patch you mention is the one now included in the Arch package.
