the computer shut down, goes blank.
Which one is it? If the system actually shuts down, you're facing an overheating or undercurrent situation. Otherwise the display server might be crashing.
i thought i should use optimus manager
There've recently been a couple of threads that seem to indicate that optimus manager might have issues w/ the 1.21 server - and it's not required either.
Remove optimus-manager and post the xorg log, you can try prime-run from the nvidia-prime package to offload blender to the GPU

its is suddenly going off (Shutting down) and sometimes restarting . i think as you suggest that might be temp problem as fan of w530 goes so fast that it makes rattling sound.do help me in this how can know tings regarding temp of CPU

do help me in this how can know tings regarding temp of CPUhttps://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Lm_sensors
You're now running the xf86-video-intel driver on the intel chip. A second GPU is listed, but nvidia isn't considered.
Is it deactivated (eg. w/ bbswitch)?

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK107GLM [Quadro K1000M] (rev a1)

should i remove other packages. and the dkms and utils package is from the link given by you.is that right?

You also want matching https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opencl-nvidia-470xx/ and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libxnvctrl-470xx/ (though it's not immediately relevant)
Check "lspci -k" again and make sure the nvidia module is used for the the device and then post an updated xorg log and if everything looks like the nvidia chip is available try to "prime-run blender"

every thing working better then before.
is there some option for blender using prime-run automatically or should i have run it from terminal all the time.

is there some option for blender using prime-run automatically or should i have run it from terminal all the time.
I guess not, but you could shadow /usr/bin/blender w/ an executable script in /usr/local/bin/blender that says
#!/bin/sh
prime-run /usr/bin/blender "$@"Whether that's invoked by the blender desktop service (or whatever you usually use to run it) you'll have to look up in /usr/share/applications/blender.desktop

I use sxhkd (Simple x hotkey deamon) for my application and it run quite nicely with that.
