Downgrading qBittorrent throws cannot open libtorrent-rasterbar

I downgraded qBittorrent to 4.3.9 from pacman cache and everything went fine. But when trying to launch qBittorrent it thows:

qbittorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libtorrent-rasterbar.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libtorrent-rasterbar is installed and the most up to date version, is that the issue?

Downgrading things is the same as a partial update. Yes, that's the problem, but this seems like a classic xy problem.

You will almost certainly need to downgrade libtorrent-rasterbar as well in order for it to work.  You will probably have to do some trial and error to see if that is the only dependency you will need to change if you want to downgrade qbittorent.
