Getting facetimehd firmware to work on Macbook Pro 14,3

Hey all, I'm currently running Arch on my Macbook Pro 14,3 and would love to get the built-in webcam working.
I followed the instructions on the arch wiki. It seems like both the bcwc-pcie-git package and the facetimehd-firmware package don't have any effect.
/dev/video0 or similar does not show up when I run modprobe facetimehd as root.
Now I didn't check this before trying to install the firmware, but when I run lspci or lsusb, I see no camera devices whatsoever. This may be a clue, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone else have the same model? Did you manage to get the camera working? How else might I troubleshoot this?

Thank you.
