Need two attempts to wake-up from sleep

Hi!

Waking up from sleep used to work just fine for some 2 years and then for an unknown reason (a few months ago) it commenced to happen that most of the time (not always) the system instantly goes back into sleep just after waking up.
After hitting the keyboard a 2nd time the system reliably wakes up.
Anybody having experienced something like that?

linux-lts, threadripper 1950x on zenith extreme

thx
