(SOLVED)Make reboot button reboot to grub

I'm pretty new to the scene, ran manjaro for a couple months and then made the leap to installing Arch on my main machine with one caveat. Because I use windows mixed reality I wound up setting my main pc up as dual boot. No major hickups with installation but its mildly annoying that when I want to switch from my Arch desktop over to windows I have to shutdown, rather than restart, than manually boot it back up. if i click reboot, or use the reboot command it skips grub and automatically boots back into Arch.

So I'm looking for to change what command runs when i click reboot in my graffical environment (I'm using KDE plasma) to a different command (reboot grub, haven't been able to find what command one would use for such a thing) guessing id have to edit a text file or possibly grub settings... don't know, just looking for a point in the right direction "this settings file in this folder has those settings" "the command is this, put it here"

Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated, even just knowing what command would let me do it from command line would be something. couldn't find anything in the wiki... its a minor nuisance if there's no way to do it then is what it is, loving everything else about my system. Thanks for your time.

Re: (SOLVED)Make reboot button reboot to grub

Nothing about a normal reboot should magically skip GRUB, check your EFI settings, make sure that fast boot is disabled. You did configure GRUB with a timeout right?

Re: (SOLVED)Make reboot button reboot to grub

so, I messed up, i hadn't actually tried the restart button/command since updating to the newest kernel, whatever the issue was it solved itself. sorry for wasting your time, thanks for the response
