Hi all,
Pretty new to Arch, I wish to split audio files with a cue sheet.
The CUE Splitting page recommends shntool, but :
$>sudo pacman -S shntool

Do you want to delete it? [Y/n] y

What should I do ?
EDIT : The issue seems similar to this one, which was fixed through a bug report, so I will try to file one.

The repos have version 3.0.10.-7. Maybe your mirror is out of sync?

Try pacman with an -Syu instead of -S.
Edit, BTW, Welcome to the Forums.

It was indeed a mirror issue.
I will confess I am actually under Manjaro, whose stable branch is lagging.
Although I read in the forum guidelines that it was intended for Arch only questions,
I thought I would go unnoticed, but then I learned something !
I am now considering switching to an actual Arch distro,
especially after experiencing the responsiveness of this community.
Thank you for your replies,
