Can't boot after installing SELinux

Hello all,

I recently installed/configured SELinux following the instructions on the wiki. I am using selinux-refpolicy-src (as per the wiki instructions). Everything seemed to be working fine until I switched the mode from "permissive" to "enforce" in /etc/selinux/config and rebooted, I was then unable to boot.

The errors while booting is as follows:

Starting version 250.2-2-arch
/dev/nvme0n1p3: clean, 819498/29917184, 64685069/119655761 blocks
[FAILED] Failed to listen on Journal Audit Socket.
[FAILED] Failed to start Create List of Static Device Nodes.
[FAILED] Failed to start Create List of Static Device Nodes.
[FAILED] Failed to start Create List of Static Device Nodes.
[FAILED] Failed to start Create List of Static Device Nodes.
[FAILED] Failed to start Create List of Static Device Nodes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT:

While using selinux-refpolicy-arch I get the following errors while booting:

EDIT 2:

Based on advice that I received elsewhere, it seems like it's not worth setting up SELinux on Arch unless I'm extra concerned about security (which I'm not). And if I was concerned about security, I should use a distro that comes with SELinux by default.

I'd still love to know how to solve the errors I received (for educational purposes).
