Problem:
So, I am trying to install archlinux(UEFI) for the first time on real hardware(I have done it in a virtual machine before).Everything went smoothly till the partitioning and mounting phase until I tried to run pacstrap /mnt <packages> which printed a large list of errors, all errors saying
'not able to install this from this, could not resolve host'
After that, I thought that there was problem with my network(even though I had connected through iwctl)and I was right.Running ping archlinux.org returned an error. But when pinging my dns server(or my ip), it works as expected.
What I have tried:
I have tried running dhcpcd, editing resolv, disabling and enabling services like systemd-resolved, running the ip command and everything that is mentioned in the network config page of the archwiki.I have been trying to fix this issue for about 4 hours, looking up every archlinux and linuxquestions forum that I could find.
EDIT : I am installing arch linux using wireless
EDIT 2 : I don't know if this will help find the solution but I am using a Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz wifi card
EDIT 3 : Disabling the adapter(using ip link)and enabling it again outputs a line in the installation shell, saying 'iwlwifi : Unhandled alg 0x3f0707'
EDIT 4 : The dns server which is configured in resolv file isn't 1.1.1.1 but some other dns server which I haven't heard of.I had tried to change the dns to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, but none of them worked.

Your edit 4 suggests the card connected, because there would not be different dns servers otherwise (they are probably from the router). It may be the connection renders unusable due to a problem of iwlwifi. You can try to work-around it before connecting:
Boot the ISO again and return to the point of mounting your half-installed system to /mnt. Next, before connecting the network try:
rmmod iwlwifi
modprobe iwlwifi bt_coex_active=0
then try to connect it again (it disables bluetooth).
If this gives no dice, try:
rmmod iwlwifi
modprobe iwlwifi 11n_disable=1 swcrypto=1
If it does not work, have a look at the errors after the last connection trial with
dmesg | grep -e iwlwifi
and tell us.

The commands didn't fix the problem.
The output of the dmesg command is:

The second test did not work. If you want to try that again, you probably need to remove the iwlmvm module as well, before loading iwlwifi with the swcrypto=1 parameter and iwlmvm again.
I did a quick search regarding your error
[ 122.486787] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Unhandled alg: 0x3f0707
An intel support user issue stated this went away after explicitly setting the authentication to WPA2 with AES. This might mean the driver currently has a problem with mixed-mode AES/TKIP authentication. I'd try that.
If you have access to the router config, the easiest way is to temporarily set the authentication to WPA2/AES for that. You can then also set regular 20Mhz channel width and turn off wifi 6 (ax) modes there. The idea is to keep it simple to get going. The settings also reduce possible disturbance from other wifi's around and you can later upgrade them again, when new linux firmware updates for iwlwifi roll in.
I also had a glance at https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/use … rs/iwlwifi
There are indeed updates for your wifi card coming with the next updates. Hence, if above does not work, there is also a chance the next ISO image due next week works better.
That's what I can think of for now. Give some update when you tried any.
