Google changed the API interface for their contacts, which breaks KOrganizer implementation of Google Calendars. This has been reported as a bug, here:
There is a patch attached to that report that several people have reported as working. It has been a long time since I compiled from source, and even longer since I compiled something contained in the main Arch repos (Victim of Arch's success and stability). I have never applied a patch.
Normally I would be patient and wait for the fix to go mainstream, but this is a production machine, and I use Google Calendars for all my appointment keeping for work and personal needs.
I downloaded the source file for KOrganizer from the Arch repo, but there is no PKGBUILD file to add the patch file into.
Could someone help me patch this software until a new working version is released?

Thank you!
Correction - the patch is actually for KDE-PIM
In case anyone else comes across this. I am compiling now, hopefully with the patch applied.
Edit: It compiled, patched, installed and appears to work again!
Thanks Slithery!
