Windows shuffle displays when waking up system.

I use KDE with dual monitors with asymmetrical resolutions main: 3440x144 (landscape mode),  secondary: 1080x1920 (portrait mode).

Whenever I wake my system, the windows tend to switch places (especially annoying with yakuake and Guake I each on its own screen)

The way I understand is that the main/landscape monitor takes longer to boot up, there fore my secondary monitor takes priority.
I have tried rearranging the hdmi/displayport connections without any changes.

It's really annoying to have to re-arrange windows every time the system wakes up. Any idea on how can I either:

* configure the system so there is no swap of monitor positions.
* swap all windows from one monitor into the other one in one step/script.
* Understand what is actually causing this behavior.

Thanks in advance.
