Greetings.
I'm currently using Pipewire for my audio system, with WirePlumber in place of pipewire-media-session. After a long pause on applications such as Brave and Discord (but excluding Spotify), resumed audio will play in the right channel headphone until I reconnect "output_FR" for whatever is playing audio to "playback_FR" for the device of "HDA Intel PCH" in helvum. This problem can occur when there are one or more audio streams playing. I am uncertain if this is something electron or chromium related.
I am thinking this is something to do with how the HDA Intel PCH device has default channels, and how they need to be set. Although, giving any channels in "~/.config/pipewire/pipewire.conf" doesn't modify the device that I'm having problems with, given that the output of "pactl list sinks" for the Intel device is copied and formatted into said config file.
Thanks for any and all help!

I was able to fix this issue a while back by removing all audio config files and reinstalling what I needed. This could be caused by me not running pacdiff, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue for others in the upstream issue on pipewire's github repo below.
