Failed to claim the resources while booting arch with usb

Hi there. After using arch based distro for a while I decided to use Arch DIY. And I fired up the usb but it threw me error saying :
failed to claim the resources :[mem.......]
I searched on google. A guy in ubuntu forum had said to re-flash the usb using dd. I went to arch wiki and copied dd command from linux seciton flashed usb but when I boot it up from usb it throws same error. What should I do?

Post the actual boot messages (link a photo of your monitor)
And make sure there's no hibernating OS (windows does not actually shutdown by default)

Re: Failed to claim the resources while booting arch with usb

Hi there,
Thank you very much for replying.
I followed the forum I mentioned above and tried disabling the TPM and reboot but it didn't work. Then I set TPM hidden. It didn't show previous error but new error.
Here is the link to the picture: https://ibb.co/ZMD87LR
EDIT:
There isn't windows installed in my system.

Looks a lot like https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=273295 (and unrelated to your OP message)
You'll have to use an iso w/ an older kernel and avoid updating the kernel until this is fixed upstream and the fixed kernel is available.

Re: Failed to claim the resources while booting arch with usb

Thank you for your support. I will try to download older version.
Where can I find the older version if you can suggest me links?

Edit: Found it. Thank you very much.
