Bluetooth mouse lagging

Hi Everybody,

since 2 days my Bluetooth mouse lag when the system is doing something (like opening a program or just loading a website) even if the CPU load is very low.

I changed the latency, MinInterval and MaxInterval as in the ArchWIKI for Bluetooth.

I'm using the power-supply-daemon and i tried to disable it but nothing changed. In different post was suggested to add the Bluetooth device to the Autosuspend blacklist but i'm not using TLP.

I searched a lot in Internet but i couldn´t find any other solution that can work for me.

Touchpad work perfectly and in the xorg log there is nothing strange.

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad E15:
Cpu: Amd ryzen 7 5700
GPU: AMD (integrated)
GPU Driver: amdgpu
System: Archlinux 5.16.8 with Gnome.
All packages are updated.

Can anyone help me please?

Thank you in advance
