Wifi card not working anymore on my laptop

As the title suggests, since i last upgraded my laptop my wifi card has stopped working properly. Ip link and Networkmanager don't show my device but lspci still shows it. Upon furder inspection i ran dmesg and got these 2 errors:

platform regulatory.0: Direct firmware load for regulatory.db failed with error -2

mwifiex_pcie 0000:02:00.0: Direct firmware load for mrvl/pcie8897)uapsta.bin failed with error -2

From what i understand it means that it can't find the firmware files and i found this thread https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=217741 but it links to git that doesn't exist anymore.

I'm running version 5.16.7
Anyone know how to fix this?

You need to install the linux-firmware-marvell package.
