Hello, I have a problem with this command: setxkbmap slovene. Gives me an error: Error loading new keyboard description and in no way refuses to work I tried almost everything I found on the Internet. Most other keyboards work (US, DE, CH). Please help.

Is not for slovenian used 'si' ?

Do you have a slovene keymap? One is not provided by the xkeyboard-config package (which provides other keymaps). That is there is no "sl" keymap, but there might be a suitable one that goes by another name. In any case, you can only use setxkbmap to set existing kbmaps.
EDIT: see above - 'si' is most likely what you want.

Thanks for the response,
but my problem is not solved because I found this keymap with command localectl list-keymaps and it is called slovene but still does not work. In the console works with command loadkeys slovene which also does not work in my terminal. So I don't know what to do keymap is definitely correct.

Yes, but that has nothing to do with your problem / question:
list-keymaps
List available keyboard mappings for the console, useful for configuration with set-keymap
If instead you want to set the keymap for your Xorg session using xsetkbmap, you need to use one of the mappings under /usr/share/X11/xkb/.
These can be found with `localectl list-x11-keymap-layouts` which will not include "slovene" but will include "si".
