Yes. Just omit the "-2"

also here is the journal for the current boot (same error now)
current boot is running for 30 mins, but the yesterdays boot ran for a few hours
so i thought itll be quicker to post todays boot with the same problem

Try to install https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/r8168/ - though there's no obvious problem in the journal

downloaded, rebooted, didn't fix the problem.
I think it's something to do with the ISP since now even the websites load poorly, however this might not be the case since my phone can install packages at a normal speed (termux)

i think i know what's going on, i was in the car earlier today listening to the radio and the provider said that they have problems with their services because of the previously mentioned storm, and i saw that everytime theres the slowdown, its evening so this is just the problem with the ISP, sorry to waste your time
