Psybnc, bnc, muh, miau.

I'm using miau right now (after few years with psybnc) and I'm quite happy. I don't think it's in AUR or any repos though.

I prefer miau as well. But for multilple connections/users sbnc (shroud bnc) is the way to go. It even features a web-based administration frontend.
