about connect Logitech master3 to computer via bluetooth problem

Equipment situation:
The problem occurs on arch computers without modifying the bluetooth configuration file. Devices include mac, msi, rog and other notebooks. The mouse is a logitech mx master3.
Problem Description:
After the computer is successfully paired with the Logitech master3, restart the computer, enter the system, the computer is connected to the mouse and is not disconnected, but move the mouse, the cursor does not move, disconnect the mouse, and connect the mouse again, it is normal.

It is sounds like some udev attributes or events not triggering on reboot. You can explore your device via udev. You can try using udev monitor on reboot, connecting and disconnecting the device, and see which events are not registering. Then perhaps create a udev rule to fix it.

I have the same mouse. In the recent past I sometimes had to wait a few seconds but I never had to reconnect.
My keyboard is bluetooth too I always have to wait '5' secs. before I can login.
I don't reboot that often so I don't even try to solve it - this would take more time than wait 5 secs.

Since shortly I don't have to wait for the mouse once logged in, it works instant!

I have 'logiops-git' from AUR installed for the mouse. My kernel - 5.15.25-hardened1.
I do somehow recognize your issue, but with logiops-git it's no problem, for me!

I found that when the mouse is turned off, or the mouse is not moved, and the mouse is moved after entering the desktop, the mouse does not need to be connected again, which may be related to the Bluetooth startup sequence.
