probleme with system:media under KDE

i have a probleme with it.
i can see all my disc. but i see them unmounted even for the root partition.
when i double click on the root disk, it will launch an error.

some idea about why ?

This happens if your user is not a member of the group under which the storage device is. For instance, you need to be a member of the 'storage' group to use flash drives.  Log into the console as root, and do this (of course replace <your_user_name> with your user name):

gpasswd -a <your_user_name> optical
gpasswd -a <your_user_name> storage

Optical for DVD/CD. Storage for portable media. If you don't have audio, then do the same with 'audio' at the end. If your camera doesn't work, do the same with 'camera' at the end. And so on.

i don't think it's this problem.
because the groups of the user are "disk wheel video audio optical storage users".

someone have idea ?
