Fluxbox Open Firefox

When opening a program (i.e. Firefox) in Fluxbox, it opens in the current workspace.  This means that you can run 'firefox' from an exterm in workspace2, then move to workspace1, and the firefox window will show up in workspace1.  Is there a way that it will open in the workspace in which I ran the command, not in whichever workspace I am when the window happens to be displayed?  In my example, I would like it to open in workspace2.
