Where can I discuss about suggestions of the website

Hello hello. I want to make a suggestion about the archlinux homepage. I have already visited

But I do not have the permission to edit it. I have already made a topic in the talk page but I am not sure if that is the right place. If I have not posted in the correct place, please tell me where should I make a suggestion.

That sub-forum is for 'Forum & Wiki discussion'. As far as I'm aware this doesn't cover the website.
