WINE err:module:load_apiset_dll failed to load apiset: c0000482

I get this error when I am using wine (I have a 64 bit system).

this persists even when I switched to wine-stagging.

Apparently this is an issue on archlinux and it is fixed according to this wine hq post.

I just don't understand what they mean by

Can anyone please guide me on how to fix this?

That is a commit id. So they have already fixed it. Just wait until it gets updated.

Is there a way to apply it myself manually?

It is kinda urgent to get a specific program working.

Had the same issue. The update is available now, it fixed my issue.
