Guys I have a problem in the connection speed to the University WiFi, on the windows laptop I have a speed of about 50Mbps, on the laptop with arch I have about 2Mbps. Could you tell me what problem I might have?
With home WiFi I don't have this problem
I tried to set sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_ecn from 2 to 0 but nothing has changed.

when I run: sudo dmesg | grep firmware
I have this:

This issue appears on both NetworkManager and systemd-networkd, with either wpa_supplicant and iwd. A bunch of networking relating packages just got updated, so I assume the issue was known and patched. I'd recommend just connecting via ethernet, updating, and rebooting. Should fix the issue.

Your university network is vastly different from your home network, there are many variables at play and issues could absolutely arise on one and not the other.
About your laptop being up to date, I'd say try updating again with (sudo/doas) pacman -Syu.

I update the system every day, has you said, probably the problem is related to the uni network.

What you might be seeing is continuous disconnects/reconnects leading to a general slowdown.
