disable smooth scrolling in gtk3-applications after webkit2gtk-upgrade

With the recent upgrade of webkit2gtk from 2.34.6-1 to 2.36-1, the scrolling behavior in gtk-applications changed.

On my system, I usually disable smooth-scrolling, since it feels off to me.
While scrolling within the application itself is still "not smooth" (as I wanted it). As soon, as the application shows something in a browser-like window, scrolling works differently. It feels like a mixture of smooth and non smooth-scrolling.

Examples are:
* liferea: scrolling in a list of feed entries works fine, scrolling in the viewing pane for post was changed after the webkit2gtk update
* gnucash: scrolling in account-lists is fine, scrolling in reports (which are html+css, I think) was changed

This happens in the same way for a touchpad and a mouse.

A downgrade to 2.34.6 fixes it for now, but I'd be thankful for a more permanent solution....

Has anyone an idea on how to fix this?
