New User I Created has no Audio

My user has audio via PulseAudio. I created a new user with the same Xfce desktop environment and that  user has no audio. I see in alsamixer the same thing in both users.

What am I missing?

Here are screenshots of alsamixer. This is on the same PC at the same time, just in two different X sessions.
