Bangladesh Arch mirror hosts older packages than other country Mirrors

I changed mirror from 'mirror.xeonbd.com/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch' to an Indian mirror because my BD mirror was giving me 404 errors. and when I changed back to Bangladesh one again and ran 'pacman -Syyuu' the following packages I upgraded from indian server now wants to downgrade. this is not the first time this has happend. why these two mirrors host different version (one old and the other newer) of packages.
