Version : 5.24.3-1After wake up from suspend, the mouse speed is too fast. But I can go to the plasma system settings, change mouse speed, apply and change back and apply and the speed is to normal.
Somewhere, something (it's a desktop pc with amd 1600x and amd 580) glitches and the pointer speed has to be "reset".
Any idea where I might get started searching? The only thing I assume is that it is some kind of regression somewhere, because I don't remember this issue a few months ago, and a few weeks ago, not realizing it is an issue, I've tried to simply lower my pointer speed. It's an x11 session.

Technically a bug in that KDE doesn't reapply it's pointer setting on wakeup, you could also fix it by making your pointer setting as part of a xorg configlet that will let xorg itself reapply the setting each time the mouse is connected anew (which is technically what ahppens on wakeup)

After a few days of testing, I may be more specific - the bug may not be triggered by a wake from sleep, but by disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse.
I have an old mouse with spotty wiring and it sometimes disconnects if I bend the wire in a weird way (and that sometimes correlates with me putting the pc to sleep and waking it up). It usually reconnects in a second or so, but with this weird acceleration profile/sensitivity I've described.
