Laptop freezes when I try to reboot

I'm running Arch with the linux 5.17.1-arch1-1 kernel. When I do a reboot the laptop freezes with the caps lock led blinking. If I poweroff instead, the next boot goes fine. It doesn't happen with the linux-lts kernel.
My laptop is a ThinkPad T14s AMD gen 2.
