i have dual graphics card, one intel and the other one is Amd Radeon R5 M330, when i launch any application like OBS-STUDIO with DRI_PRIME=1 ,my system freezes for a while and it returns to be somehow normal for 4 seconds, but again it freezes,
when i watched my gpu's frequency before running the command, it's 300MHz but after i ran the command DRI_PRIME=1 obs
i found that it changed to 1030MHz and it's more than my GPU's one, according to amd, my card's max frequency is 300MHz,

So when I checked the journal, i found this error:
