Hey thank you very much both of you. Finally everything is running smoothly. I'm really gateful and happy. 

I looked at the website https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Power_ … e)_support

and after I created the following file the CPU run with much better performance and the games run now also without big load of the CPU:

/etc/tmpfiles.d/energy_performance_preference.conf

with the content:

w /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/policy?/energy_performance_preference - - - - balance_power
