Broadcom BCM5880 Fingerprint Sensor

Hi! I have a Dell Precision M6800 with a "Broadcom Corp. BCM5880 Secure Applications Processor with fingerprint touch sensor". fprintd-enroll doesn't pick it up and gives me

$ fprintd-enroll
Impossible to enroll: GDBus.Error:net.reactivated.Fprint.Error.NoSuchDevice: No devices available

How could I go about getting this fingerprint sensor to work?
