VMWare Workstation issues

Hi,

I'm using openrc as my init system and I'm having issues with VMWare Workstation. I've installed the vmware-workstation-openrc and vmware-openrc packages from the AUR although when I run:
sudo vmware-modconfig --console --install-all
I receive this error:

[AppLoader] GLib does not have GSettings support.
* WARNING: vmware is already stopped
Failed to initialize
* ERROR: vmware failed to start
Unable to start services

Any ideas?

What distro is this?
Arch uses systemd.
