Thinkpad T14 Problems with internal mouse and Bluetooth Mouse

Hi there!

I've two problems with my internal mouse and with an external bluetoothmouse:

1. Interal Mouse:

I've on my Thinkpad T14 often the problem, that my internal Mouse isn't working with my Arch Linux Installation. I've an Dualboot System with Windows 10.
When I boot into my Arch Installation I've often the problem, that my Mouse doesn't react in X11 and my i3-Window Manager.

On the other Hand when I boot into Windows 10 my mouse 'seems to mark everything' over which I move over.

2. External bluetooth mouse:

I've tried to configure my "MX Master 3" from Logitech but it doesn't work for me. For example I'm not sure which device is the correct one which shows me 'scan on'
as it's discribed here:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/bluetooth

Hope you can give me some help to configure my bluetooth mouse.

Re: Thinkpad T14 Problems with internal mouse and Bluetooth Mouse

I believe the MX Master 3 has the ability to pair to multiple computers.  To avoid the challenge of syncing keypairs between your windows install and Arch, try to use the channel switcher on the bottom of the mouse to switch to a different channel for Arch.

Can you provide the output of the "scan on" command?  Without knowing what you're seeing, it's difficult to help determine which one is correct.
