Can't play games correctly on Arch

Hello there,

I have installed Arch Linux and I have played some Cyberpunk 2077 on it. I found that it sometimes runs perfectly and other times it doesn't. I have gotten some ideas like using a program called gamemode and the first time I tried that it worked, and then I tried again the next day and it ran poorly again. My gpu usage is very low my, basically all my 32GB of RAM is being used when I play Cyberpunk so the other RAM that it needs goes to SWAP.
Also it is not only the game that I noticed having a problem. It is also when I use plasma wayland I have to wait like 15 seconds after entering the password and when I try it with X11 it takes 2-5 seconds.
Also in Cyberpunk when I start it stays on a black screen for like 10 seconds and then the boot intro shows.

Things I've tried
- gamemode
- Using LTS kernel
- Changing CPU to not underclock
        - It is the same thing as when I tried gamemode. First time it works but then when trying again it doesn't

So is the geme issue on wayland, x11 or both?
If it affects X11, post your xorg log and the output of "glxinfo -B" when the game doesn't run "perfectly", https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General

Possibly cause/mitigation: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel … _KMS_start

Well the issue is on both. But it wasn't an issue the first time I tried it on wayland but when I restarted the game it was. I was getting like 10 fps with 20% gpu usage. Besides that the game takes long to load.
I am guessing that the long load time on any wayland DE has something to do with it. Also I think the long load time on the game has something to do with it. I have the game on an nvme SSD and trying it on a manjaro install makes the game load in 5 seconds when on Arch it takes like 1 minute.

I also tried a clean Arch install on a different disk and I have the same issues.
