Tor not working

I've installed torbrowser-launcher and it is working perfectly fine but when i try to run it stucks at 5%:

systemctl start tor.service 

Bootstrapped 5% (conn): Connecting to a relay

Can anyone please tell why is it so and how can i fix it?
